Here’s why I stopped throwing them away:
- Old phones are way easier to jailbreak
- Jailbroken phones can bypass app restrictions
- You can now intercept app network traffic
- You can now look at hidden folders
If you want to get hired to do mobile pentests,
better practice with a real device.
So don't throw away your old phones yet,
jailbreak them and try it out.
You may love it more than your shiny new one.
