Too tired to work but can't fall sleep either?
Go for a 20-min walk.

I have gone through so many days like these,
usually followed by doom-scrolling and wasted hours.
And at the end of the day,
go to bed feeling like a loser.
Because most of us think:
"I can't move, I'm too tired"
But we are actually tired because we don't move enough.
So I'm posting this to not only help you not feel like sh*t,
but also as a reminder to myself:
When you have enough sleep/coffee but still feel tired,
you need to MOVE.
Go for a 20 to 30-min walk.
If you still feel tired, your nap is well deserved.
